From the humid bayous of Shreveport, where our research fellowship became a chapter of trials and miracles. While presenting at a conference in South Carolina, our sixth son arrived prematurely and was airlifted back to Louisiana, fighting through NICU challenges that tested every ounce of our resolve.
This blend honors the resilience that carried us through and the joy of completing our family of six boys.

We enjoyed this blend of coffee, however if you don’t care for a strong flavor it’s not for you. One benefit I enjoyed was the good smell it gave to my kitchen as long as those beans were in my machine!

From the minute you open the bag you are taken in by the amazing aroma of these beans. We are from New Orleans and coffee is a big part of our lifestyle. As you can see in the photo some homemade NOLA Beignets and Bayou Resiliences Coffee . It doesn’t get and better than this .We really enjoyed Bayou Resilience with our Beignets.
