Processing Time

Subscriptions are roasted fresh and ship at the beginning of each month. One-time orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders under $70: $8.99
  • Orders $70+: Free

Subscription Shipping

All subscriptions require a 2-bag minimum. Subscription shipping is $6.99 per delivery.

International Shipping (Canada)

We're excited to ship to our Canadian friends! Canadian orders require a $72 minimum.

  • Orders $72–$99.99: $27.99
  • Orders $100–$149.99: $24.99
  • Orders $150–$199.99: $21.99
  • Orders $200+: $18.99

Canadian orders ship via UPS Standard and typically arrive within 10–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by Canadian customs.

Delivery Time

Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Where We Ship

United States: All 50 states. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Canada: All provinces and territories.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective

Contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice. Photos are helpful but not required.

Lost Packages

Domestic: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and wait 48 hours. Still missing? Reach out and we'll make it right.

International: Lost package claims require a carrier investigation, which typically takes 30–45 days. We'll work with you through the process.

Not What You Expected

First-time U.S. customers who aren't happy with the taste can receive a one-time replacement with a different blend or store credit. We want you to love your coffee.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime before the 25th of the month to stop the next shipment. After the 25th, your order has already been submitted for roasting and will ship as scheduled. No cancellation fees, ever.

International Orders

Due to customs regulations and shipping costs, we cannot accept returns from Canada. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll work with you to find a solution.
