Terms of service

Last Updated: December 2025

Welcome to BrewBoys Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and BrewBoys Coffee LLC ("we," "us," "our") that governs your use of our website, store, and everything we offer. We've tried to keep the legalese to a minimum while still covering the bases.

By using our site, placing an order, or creating an account, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If something here doesn't work for you, please don't use the site or place an order.

Who Can Use Our Services

You need to be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to shop with us. If you're ordering on behalf of a business or organization, you're confirming you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Your Account

Some features require an account. Please keep your information accurate and your password secure — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you notice any unauthorized activity, let us know right away.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if needed, but we're not in the business of doing that without good reason.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We do our best to fulfill every order, but we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to availability issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other concerns.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If we catch a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll reach out and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

By entering your payment information, you're confirming you're authorized to use that payment method. Payments are processed by third-party providers — we don't store your full card details.

Shipping — United States

We ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or protectorates.

Rates:
Orders under $70: $8.99
Orders $70 or more: Free

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. Once we hand your package to the carrier, it's in their hands — and technically, yours.

Shipping — Canada

Canadian orders require a $72 USD minimum. Subscription service is available in the U.S. only.

Rates:
$72–$99.99: $27.99
$100–$149.99: $24.99
$150–$199.99: $21.99
$200+: $18.99

Delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, though customs processing can add time.

Important: You're responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by Canadian customs — these aren't included in your order total and vary by shipment. We can't refund or replace packages that are delayed, seized, or held by customs, and we don't accept returns from international addresses.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll do what we can to help.

By placing an international order, you're accepting the inherent risks of cross-border shipping — customs delays, additional fees, and the possibility of seizure. Once we hand your package to the carrier, the risk transfers to you.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are available for U.S. addresses only, with a 2-bag minimum per order. Shipping is $6.99 per delivery.

Our tiers:
Founding 50: The first 50 subscribers lock in 15% off for life, as long as the subscription stays active.
BrewCrew: Everyone after that gets 10% off every order.

By subscribing, you're authorizing us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Canceling: You can cancel anytime before the 25th of the month. After that date, your order has already been submitted to our roaster and can't be stopped — cancellation will take effect the following month.

Please note: If you cancel a Founding 50 subscription, that rate is gone for good. It can't be reinstated or transferred. Any future subscription would be at the standard BrewCrew rate.

We may adjust subscription pricing over time — if we do, we'll let you know before it takes effect.

Product Information

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that colors on your screen match the real thing, or that our flavor descriptions will perfectly match your palate. Coffee is personal — and monitors lie.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or change offerings at any time.

Our Brand and Content

Everything on this site — the name, logo, photos, text, design — belongs to us (or our licensors) and is protected by intellectual property laws. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy, distribute, or repurpose our content without written permission.

Playing Fair

We expect everyone who uses our site to do so honestly and respectfully. Don't use bots, scrapers, or automated tools. Don't try to hack, disrupt, or exploit our systems. Don't harass anyone. Violating these expectations may result in account termination — and potentially legal consequences.

No Guarantees (The Legal Reality)

We provide our site and products "as is." We can't promise everything will work perfectly all the time, or that our coffee will be exactly what you hoped for. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent the law allows — though we know some jurisdictions limit what can be disclaimed, and we respect that.

Limits on Our Liability

If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to what you actually paid for the product in question. We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, emotional distress over a disappointing pour-over. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, and where that's the case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You've Got Our Back (Indemnification)

If your use of our site or products leads to a legal claim against us — because you violated these Terms, broke the law, or infringed someone's rights — you agree to cover our costs, including legal fees. We hope it never comes to that.

Payment Disputes

If something looks wrong on your statement, please reach out before filing a chargeback. Give us at least 14 days to make it right. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first are considered a breach of these Terms, and we will contest disputes we believe are unjustified. Fraudulent claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Resolving Disputes

We'd rather talk things out than lawyer up. If you have an issue, contact us first and give us 30 days to work it out informally.

If that doesn't resolve things, any dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in Shreveport, Louisiana, under American Arbitration Association rules — not in court, and not as part of a class action. You're agreeing to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a group.

If your claim qualifies for small claims court in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, you're welcome to go that route instead.

Opt-out: If you'd rather preserve your right to go to court, you can opt out of arbitration by sending us written notice within 30 days of your first use of the site. Include your name, address, and a clear statement that you're opting out.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Louisiana law. If litigation is permitted, it will take place in the state or federal courts of Caddo Parish, Louisiana.

Things Beyond Our Control

We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control — natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, power outages, acts of war, or other force majeure events.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe it's necessary. The parts of these Terms that should survive (like liability limits and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Electronic Communications

By using our site or giving us your email, you consent to receive electronic communications from us — order updates, account info, and occasional promotions. These satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

The Fine Print

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands. Our failure to enforce something doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, but we can transfer ours. These Terms don't create rights for anyone other than you and us.

Entire Agreement

These Terms — along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy — are the complete agreement between us. They replace any prior conversations or agreements on the subject.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version with an updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
