Our beans come from certified organic farms in regions like Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, the highlands of Guatemala, and cooperatives in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. We work with a family-owned Louisiana roaster with 25 years of experience, a gold-standard Diedrich roaster, and sourcing standards we trust completely. He cups every batch for quality and consistency.

Great coffee deserves to be brewed well. Our BrewGuide is built around the Golden Cup standard recognized by the Specialty Coffee Association, with a ratio slider so you can dial in your perfect strength and reproduce it every morning. Whatever chapter you're in, you deserve the best cup.

We order in small batches from our roaster. Every bag is labeled with a roast date and a "best after" date, because freshly roasted coffee needs a few days to degas before the flavor fully develops. High-quality resealable bags with one-way degassing valves keep it at its best.
