Where Our Beans Come From

Our beans come from places like the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, the highlands of Guatemala, and cooperatives in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. Single-origin beans are roasted to their optimum level. Our blends combine 2-3 origins, each roasted to bring out the best flavor.

USDA Certified Organic at the Farm

All our beans are USDA certified organic at the farm level. Our roasting partner also sources beans with Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and Smithsonian Bird Friendly certifications at origin.
