Our beans come from certified organic farms in regions like Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, the highlands of Guatemala and Papua New Guinea, and cooperatives in Mexico, Peru, and Brazil.

Our bags say roasted in Louisiana, and there is a story behind that. Curt is finishing a family medicine residency in Michigan, and residency does not leave room to roast coffee the way it deserves. We own a roaster, and the plan is for him to take that over when he is done. Until then, we partner with a small family-run roasting business in Louisiana, the state we just moved from.
