Need to cancel your subscription? No problem — there are no cancellation fees. Here's how it works.
How to Cancel
You can cancel anytime using any of these methods:
- Through your account dashboard on our website
- By submitting a request through our Contact page
- By calling (717) 347-5452
Please include your full name and the email address associated with your subscription so we can locate your account.
The 25th of the Month Deadline
Here's the important part: we submit subscription orders to our roaster around the 25th of each month. To stop your next shipment, your cancellation request needs to reach us before the 25th.
If we receive your request on or after the 25th, your order for that cycle has already been submitted — it will ship as scheduled, and your cancellation will take effect the following month.
Refunds for Submitted Orders
Once an order has been submitted to our roaster (around the 25th), we can't cancel, modify, or refund it — even if it hasn't shipped yet. The beans are already being roasted for you.

A Note for Founding 50 Subscribers
If you're one of our Founding 50 and you cancel, your 15% lifetime discount is gone for good. It can't be reinstated, transferred, or applied to a future subscription. If you reactivate later, you'll receive the standard BrewCrew rate of 10% off.
We know that sounds strict — but that rate was our thank-you to subscribers who believed in us from the start and stayed with us. We hope you'll stick around.
Consider Pausing Instead
Not ready to commit to canceling? You can pause your subscription instead. Pausing preserves your subscription tier — including Founding 50 status — so you can pick back up without losing your rate.
To pause, contact us before the 25th. Subscriptions paused for more than 6 consecutive months may be canceled automatically.
Making Changes
Want to switch blends, adjust your quantity, or update your address? Just let us know before the 25th and we'll apply the changes to your next shipment. Requests received after the 25th will take effect the following month.
Reactivating Your Subscription
Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Reactivated subscriptions are subject to current pricing and terms — previously forfeited rates (including Founding 50) won't be restored.
Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation. If you don't see it within 48 hours, reach out to make sure your request went through.
Liability
Our liability related to subscription cancellations is limited to the fees you paid for the billing cycle in question. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing your subscription after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
